Meißnisches Adelsgeschlecht, seit Anfang 13. Jahrhunderts in Schlesien und seit Mitte 15. Jahrhunderts auch in Ostpreußen ansässig. Zur Familie gehören unter anderem: →Eustachius (1519–71), Domherr in Frauenburg und Breslau, Humanist (Erasmianer), vertrat wiederholt Bischof →Hosius (siehe Altpreuß.
